Not correct, flashed it already with CM-10.1 and got stuck at boot animation screen.

Didn't CM team change something in their builds so that you need to adjust your kernel for cm specific? Something with ramdisk?

Morfic managed to make a kernel that works on aosp and cm, by using anykernel thingy. Might be a good place to start looking, Strat, sir.
