What kernel do you recommend for this? OP recommended, on post #851, zen AnyKernel for CM12.1, but wasn't sure if that was still good with CM13.0?

Other info in case it matters: XT1103 64GB - Verizon - CM13.0 (cm-13.0-20160820-SNAPSHOT-ZNH5YAO0J7-shamu.zip)

Which kernel to use is an open question. There are several good, non-forced encrypt kennels available now. For all I know (i don't use CM), the CM release may now be non-forced encrypt. Things have evolved significantly since the N6 was released.

I was looking for this myself and found one. Search for this filename:
kernel-shamu-n-n6f26q-noencrypt-gerard

Moved past that now I used Gerard's for a while but his Nexus 6 is broke so he stopped after the January update so now I'm waiting for someone to make one for the February update or for the Nexus Root Toolkit to be updated.
