Gcam broken

Hello,
I just flashed your last build (lineageos Dragon), everything working great except Gcam. Tha app you incorporated does not start, so I tried the apk from san1ty (Gcam porthub), it used to work fine on your build from may 2020, but this one also doesn't now. Is there anything changed on the camera side in this new version ?

tks a lot for your work anyways, I'll keep on looking for the Gcam.

Well , yes you pointed out correct issue but according to me as a Developer I won't consider this as bug because here to make GCam work properly on the Roms which doesn't come with gapps ( obviously issues will be there with GCam )

The main point is google camera actually linked to google play services because for google stuff minimum basic permission will be from google play services. So just flash open gapps with proper steps and your favorite google camera will work like a gun.

I am using this ROM from last 4 months. I would say this lineageOS ROM is one of the neat and light for N 6.1+. Thanks Raghu for your work on this :good:.
I wish to reward you but am not able to paypal you since you have exceed receiving limits!
The Gcam in this ROM works very well to me. No sound glitches in WhatsApp voice recordings. Default Music player with AudioFX is good for my playlists. Extra gainings by pie camera driver in this ROM, when I use Cinema FV-5 for video recordings. I like this ROM very much on my N6.1 +.
I am not heavy user and very conservative on using phones so NO social media apps except IG, NO games, No shopping apps, No money apps on my phone. With this, getting battery for 2 full days during work weeks.

Feature request, turning ON/OFF 'display notch' option in Display settings as same as in the stock ROM. While watching movies, display notch is annoying thing with movie aspect ratio!

Did a OTA update and install and had to wipe/reset data to be able to use the phone

I did OTA update last month, No problem occurred. It just applys the OTA update and booted into ROM just fine.

No it doesn't comes with vendor make sure to download from the link which I provided.

See this is what I don't like basically bringing something which doesn't even have proper support from OEM is like big headache and you ask about stability and more?

To be honest as a developer I don't wanted to involve towards reviews but still I say it is well and perfect.
