problem observed in ROM

Dear sir,
Iam using cm11 in my nokia xl mobile observed one BUG, when battery goes low below 1% and mobile off.
then connect charger to charge mobile but mobile not charging shows nokia name on display and after sometime it vibrate and restart this cycle repeats. mobile does not charged.
please give me solution to fix it.
