As a preface, I've been a lifelong iOS user. My only experience with any Android products has been with downloading a couple apps on my Stock HD+. A few days ago I started looking into getting a little bit more out of this tablet after digging it up during some cleaning. All this to say, please forgive my ignorance.
So a few days after updating my HD+ to Nougat following a guide I found on google and soon discovered that I could no longer connect my wiimotes to my nook. Did some searching and found that they don't connect because L2CAP bluetooth protocol support was ended in Android 4.2. Is there any way to re-enable the protocol, via a new custom ROM or otherwise? From what I can tell I'm using Cyanogenmod 12.1 and I've heard that support has been reintegrated into v13.
