+1 on that.

Looks a little cheesy when switching from my fanct 4G LTE logo to a bland sprint 3G... lol

You or some one else would have to make it cause the 4gLTE icon is already in the system ui and all this mod does is rename it to the Sprint 4g icon ...theres like 3 or 4 4g/lte icons in there already.

Just tried in Macks 3.6 and nothing changes. The flashed 2-3 times after I made a backup. I really wants these.

Try a different recovery. I remember when I tried flashing a mod that replaced png's from systemui with cwm but for some reason cwm wouldn't flash correctly. So I tried twrp and everything went smoothly. FYI.
