UPDATE:

Safestrap is no longer supported by Hashcode, so it wouldn't work on our beloved N900A...

In case of next time,
Root the NC2 Kit-Kat firmware with Towelroot, Install SuperSU apk and update root binaries,
Install Flashfire-Pro,
Configure it to boot into download mode after installation of the ROM,
Install the ROM.
After booting into download mode, flash the OC1 bootloader, modem and kernel via ODIN
Boot into Recovery and factory reset
Wait for 5-10 minutes for ROM to boot and set it up as your first time!

Finally, I able to flash this ROM but on the first screen it said: "unfortunately system UI has stopped". When I click ok and the message pop up again. I am not able to click on the other things besides this message only. The only one thing can do is boot to download mode and flash stock ROM.

Can you help?

Forgive me for being ignorant. This is my first time back in this forum since like 2014. Being that so much of the info is old and links and such don’t all work anymore. I’m struggling figuring out how to get this rom installed. My n900a is on 5.0 with OC2. Could you guide me to installing please?

flashfire starts up then closes. I tried uninstalling the reininstalling and same thing. any suggestions?

I'm sorry for not addressing complaints earlier. I had work and school that kept me busy.

Also, flash this system UI fix as you flash this ROM for the first time. Keep in mind however that this fix is not AOSP based; it is the original System UI pulled from the stock Lollipop ROM.

    INFORMATION:
    This is the first Android 5.0 ROM for the N900A that is based on AOSP.
    Most of it is ported from the Freedom ROM (SM-G900V) by @DROIDRAZ.
    I consider it THE spiritual successor to the Dynamic Kat Xtreme ROM by @bri315317.



    FEATURES:
    - AOSP apps ported directly from Google and CyanogenMod.
    - AOSP themed look and feel.
    - Option of Google Now and Trebuchet Launchers to choose (removed in V3.0 Ultimate).
