Noticed there is already an OTA coming out. Not sure if you can take it and still root. Good information to know prior to updating.

FYI, just got a 65mb OTA update on my SM-N910T. Baseband now says N910TUVU1ANJ7. Must have been that battery improvement update I've been seeing on some other models out of USA.

Make sure you've a correct download by checking MD5; if it matches the one on AFH, extract the recovery & repackage it on Linux or Cygwin as follows:
Code:
tar -H ustar -c recovery.img > recovery.tar
md5sum -t recovery.tar >> recovery.tar
mv recovery.tar recovery.tar.md5

You probably renamed the MD5 file. If you rename it, the checksum won't match anymore.

No I didn't rename it. I extracted it and used the file as it was named. I tried this several times and every time got an MD5 mismatch. I'm trying the Cygwin method mentioned above to see hoe that goes.
