OK so I've tried to install the AT&T variant of the ROM, but all I'm getting is bootloops, I know it said I may encounter a few bootloops, but I don't think that really means sitting through 20 minutes of them, so any suggestions?

Well that's a problem, the AT&T variant only goes up to 1.27.502.5, and I'm s-on... well, I'll go back to stock then

Your gonna be better off converting device to Developer edition.... your gonna run into this issue for a quite awhile due to att's slow update process...
