HTC One A9 Simlock Enabled ! How to Solve This Problem? Please Someone Help Me.

Today i need help from you
When i unlocked bootloader i got simlocked enabled.
i saw many service which is about unlock code. But my bad luck is i don't have any option where i will put unlock code.
and a big problem is i went service centre but they can't solve my problem. (i'm from Bangladesh)
So please gus help me to solve this problem.
