The phone can not boot to windows OS, I can not charge the phone but I can apply power to the phone buy plugging in to the wall charger or USB port. This is also how I am able to attempt factory restores. I have tried to use Windows Recovery tool. I don't know if HTC has another tool to use. i have tried Power+VolUp, Power+VolDown ( but at what point do I enter the "cheat code", and Power+VolUp+VolDown.
