Is there a possibility to build our own builds from the repo..? :(
Sure if you know how to build [emoji16]
Since I tried Omni a couple months ago I have never thought of switching, and your O builds have been top notch thus far. I would be disappointed if you stop development.

If you do move over to another site like G+ I will definitely follow suit. DU did it right imo. You seem pretty reasonable with rules anyways so I'm all for it.
What a drama.

But I you people read the first post, then you know that there is more then one person. Besides all of this is about XDA.

?

There are not many differences. Just see:
https://github.com/omnirom/android/blob/android-8.0/README.md

Regarding vendor files, you have to search.

I found that maxwen is the one having the vendor files in his github, but when I add them in my local_manifest.xml, the breakfast still doesn't find OnePlus3. :(
Sorry if I'm disturbing, but I'm trying, and the OmniROM wiki never speak about OnePlus3, so I'm quite lost.

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
 <manifest>

 <remote name="omnirom"
 review="gerrit.omnirom.org"
 fetch="https://github.com/omnirom" />

 <remote name="maxwen"
 fetch="https://github.com/maxwen/"
 review="gerrit.omnirom.org" />

 <project path="vendor/oneplus" name="proprietary_vendor_oneplus" remote="maxwen" revision="android-8.0" />

 <project path="device/oneplus/oneplus3" name="android_device_oneplus_oneplus3" remote="omnirom" revision="android-8.0" />
 <project path="kernel/oneplus/msm8996" name="android_kernel_oneplus_msm8996" remote="omnirom" revision="android-8.0" />
</manifest>

I find it easier to just "got clone" the device tree, kernel and vender files manually into the expected directories

Hey guys, is there a way I can add "take screenshot" shortcut in advance reboot menu?

Seems to be the only way to take a screenshot is pressing hard keys.

Furthermore where can I change the default gallery? I don't want to have Photos opening by default the photos

I'm running Omni Rom, but there is a feature that this rom needs that oxygenos has. Its an AppLock feature where we can lock system apps and that the app is integrated in the rom itself. So any stranger can't access the locked apps, I tried external applock apps but they all have some flaws

    Be certain to do a full backup of your music, photos, data, apps, call logs, sms/text and so on before flashing.
    Coming from a firmware version prior official 4.x, you must flash 4.0.2 official Oxygen OS (NO BETA) and do a full wipe, then flash TWRP, then full wipe, then flash OmniROM.
    You MUST DO A FULL WIPE, whether you are coming from homemade builds , or a previous version of OmniROM, because OmniROM is signed with different keys, and it will not boot otherwise.
    GAPPS must be flashed BEFORE initial boot, they will NOT work properly if you flash them afterwards !!!

    KNOWN BUGS:

    Omni only supports TWRP recovery, use any alternate recovery at your own risk.

    RECOMMENDED TWRP
