That's the profile l used without any problems, the only thing left I can think of is have you enable Tasker in 'accessibility'? Other than that, not sure what's going on.

Just set your region in build.prop to CN and you will get call recording by default.

I never had a problem with this. It become easy because call recording is built in apps. No need to install 3rd party apps.
