Welcome to the goodness of Oreo. This topic will be dedicated to our bring up of Oreo for OnePlus 5. Sincere thanks to LineageOS team for device tree, kernel and vendor bring up.

While the feature list will be constantly updated, remember the ROM is in beta stage and would expect logs if you want to report issue.

OnePlus 5 Specific Feature Highlights:
  • Sigma Kernel - Upstreamed stable kernel (Requests welcome)
  • OTA support
  • Arm-v8a optimizations

Pre-installation Notes:
  • Requires OOS 5.0.x firmware and modem, one time flash - Download Here
  • Decrypted device required for rooting with Magisk 15.x or higher - Magisk can be downloaded HERE
  • For decryption, you must clean wipe everything once and follow installation steps.
  • To keep device decrypted, flash NO VERITY FOR OOS 5.0 everytime after flashing ROM - Download Here
  • TWRP by codeworkx works fine - Download Here

First time installation:
  1. Backup your existing apps and data to external device
  2. Flash recovery linked above and reboot to new recovery
  3. Wipe everything, format data and reboot again to recovery
  4. Copy and flash ROM, ARM64 gapps, no verity and Magisk 15.x in given order.
  5. Reboot and profit

Update installation:
  1. Backup your existing apps and data
  2. Reboot to recovery
  3. Wipe system
  4. Copy and flash ROM, ARM64 gapps, no verity and Magisk 15.x in given order.
  5. Reboot and profit

it's great,but chinese support is poor,changed the ticker setting ,ui will fc and the screen is black after reboot.check and fix pls,thank u very much!

i have 2 small problem:
1. wifi is always turn off after reboot device and hard to connect to old point
2. How to swap the hard button?

about button,u can try some button mapper
