Of course it's not just for Verizon. Verizon doesn't even sell the phone, and the phone's missing band 13 support.

The patch adds support for an MVNO that works on Verizon.

I know its highly unlikely but has anyone tried downgrading from open beta directly to this version?

Bootloader is different so I don't think it'll work, but, try it out and let us know.
I had one problem so far with the 9.5.13 update, my Bluetooth to my radio was really really soft with volume turned all the way up on both radio and phone. When I went into developer settings all the Bluetooth settings were all over the place. I set everything back to default and rebooted, same issue present. Plugged in my phone,Android Auto, and sound was normal. Unplugged it and the Bluetooth was back to normal. Other than that everything is good. Battery life is insanely good

I am surprised nobody has mentioned yet if security is being updated at all, the September one.
