Hi, I'm having this little perk with my OP7 (https://forum.xda-developers.com/one...board-t3936188)
My USB Hub with HDMI out doesn't recognize peripherals, and the op in that thread solved the issue flashing a custom kernel, I don't know exactly which feature enables this but I'm asking if anybody knows if this kernel could help me with this.

Thanks in advance

Info 2 blu_spark r38 release (unified)
All right crew!

New build is up
This kernel is unified, good to go on OP7/Pro (I only can test on Pro).
Added a custom ROM variant, at the moment I will only support ROMs that follow CAF/AOSP wifi module usage (I tested on OMNI). So if you use a custom ROM with builtin driver (like LOS), you're out of luck.
Also checkout latest recommended blu_spark extras with blu_twrp v9.103.

blu_spark_r38 release

Quote:

  • build: use new and improved blu_gcc-9.2.0
  • CAF updates and fixes for qseecom, ion, ashmem
  • drm: allow dc dimming code to run (custom)
  • AnyKernel3 updates
  • fix battery stats crash (new!)

Keep in mind: I will give no active support for custom ROMs (including OOS based ones).
I am only interested on debugging stuff in stock and stable OOS (with logs and reproducible steps to replicate the issue).
Don't spam this thread with LOS or other ROMs stuff like "this don't work, my app doesn't open, etc" or debugging features.
Also don't go spam and bug reporting on ROM threads if using this.

Hello, recently bought the op7 and now i'm in stock Android Q (10) using the latest OTA and with latest twrp (twrp-3.3.1-65-guacamole-unified). I've retained magisk and all and now i'm experiencing problems using drivedroid, i've landed here cause google results say that this kernel does support drivedroid.

I don't have any specific needs of kernel features, i just need drive droid.
I also use the phone using a type-c dongle with hdmi 3 and 3 usb ports that also is pd, and can charge the phone in the office with gnuroot and xsdl for desktop experience.

If this kernel won't help me keep my current configuration and also provide drivedroid, please tell me before i flash it and ruin something, it's my daily driver and i'm gonna wait until next weekend to fix it up if something breaks in the process.

Thank you in advance, and for the work you've put into this project.

Is r38 compatible with Android 10?

I'm asking because of this post above.

Really? It doesn't work for me...

edit:
I just needed to go to settings => display => screen calibration and set it to advanced. Now it works!
