Tried disabling stock eq settings via ADB (post a couple of pages back)? That worked for me.
@Aswin08
Hey!
Can u pls check and confirm the version?
I just "updated" with ur file to the 3.x version, but still seeing (also after restart) that it's the 2.x.
Maybe you can check this on original phone or so that it may be a source bug also on razer phones.
CHEERS
UPDATE:
Uninstall and Install seemed to help here, but still a bit strange. As I don't know the changelog I couldn't check for new thinks which only appears in new version (even it was showing old one)
I always manual switch. The app posted in this thread has a Quick-settings toggle.
1. Install Minimal ADB and Fastboot (CLICK HERE)
2. Enable Developer Options, then turn on USB Debugging
3. Connect phone to PC, when prompted in the phone, allow debugging
4. Typethen press enterCode:adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.oneplus.sound.tuner
5. Reboot.
Hi
I'm using Oppo A5 2020. It also comes with Dolby Atmos (Many services in Oppo's Color OS and Oxygen OS are similar because being owned by BBK Electronics).
I'd like to disable builtin Dolby Atmos package but I can't retrieve the package name that need to be disabled.
Razer's Atmos app works perfectly fine but the system atmos app interferes whenever audio is paused, played or some other app is switched and defaults to it's settings, only allows upto +/-3db of adjustment which is non existent compared to 12db range of Razer Atmos. Also the system app doesn't let me enable Atmos on bluetooth (Razer one works).
Would be glad if anyone can help, I have read only access to root folder by Mixplorer but there are more than 1 dolby packages so I don't want to break anything by disabling any necessary package.
I was using DAX2 app from APK Mirror, I'll give DAX3 app a try as well to see if it can solve my problem
For "removing" apps via adb, you can use this tutorial:

Oh yeah...i have red version and scale is also written red so I can't see selected values... Any way to change color?Entering those values by sliding the bars up and down is a bit of a challenge. Wish there was another way to input those exact values.

There is a very simple solution to this, simply pull all the bars to 0 and start with the right most bar and adjust each bar going towards left.New version DAX3-3.51.28-r1 installed. Before I had DAX2 but often my settings were default. This time disabled system Dolby atmos with Termux Time to buy Bullets now.

I've noticed this just before u replied BTW thanks hehe. There is a very simple solution to this, simply pull all the bars to 0 and start with the right most bar and adjust each bar going towards left.
This way the bars won't obstruct your view because the values are shown on the left of bar and all the bars on the left will be 0 . Hope this helps!
No need to root just use adbGuys need a help. Do we need to root our phones to make this our default? It seems like every time I restart my phone this app seems to not work unless I manually open it.
Agree, adb is the deal too.
Did you also lose separate eq profiles for devices (need manual switch)? I still lack it.
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.oneplus.sound.tuner
