Root explorer is not able to rename please help.

Please help. My device has been rooted but root explorer doesn't work as well. Please see the following screen shot. It wasn't have problem before when I use in onepkus 7. Please help me, could somebody????

You can't edit most system files in any way on Android 10 from what I hear
