I got best results from modem/radio firmware bacon_firmware_update_2016_1-25_.4.0.1.c7-00011.zip. but i have wifi problem in 9.0 roms. 2.5 ghz wifi is slow. 5 ghz wifi works fine. In older roms i dont get this problem with wifi.

Then flashing new firmware will not help you. Try another ROM or kernel or post the gyro-sensor issue in the thread of the ROM you're currently using. If you're still on stock, perhaps the time has come to treat yourself with a fresh new system
Hi, I have some problem with my opo. Now and then, every few days, it seems to work well, it indicates signal strengh with all bars, internet works perfectly (whatsapp and email), but i can't make any phone call, it tells me not signal. If i put it in flight mode and then back to normal, it works fine again (and sms arrives). It happened with Android9 tugapower and with Lineagos as well. What dipends on? It's five years old, i hope it's not dying... (i hope you can understand me, i'm not english...)

It depends on firmware (try flashing one or two) but if you want to make sure your driver setup is completely clean, you'll need to clean flash CM13 (click here to download), and clean flash the ROM of your choice again. Mind that you need to wipe some things so make backups first! For full instructions, see section 3.b. "How to flash" in my guide and include step 2.
If you still experience basic connectivity issues after that, then I'm afraid it is dying...
I am having problems with my OnePlus One Reading any SIM card I put in it I believe it needs firmware flash but I have tried one and it didn't change anything when I go to my settings under mobile network all the options are faded and it won't allow me to toggle them on such as mobile data or data usage APN preferred network type if anyone could help me it would be very much appreciated

I can't find a recovery.log file but I generated a bug repport, following wiki.lineageos.org/logcat.html indications, if that's what you're looking for ?

Everything is fine. You just flash modem H2O mod by MrSHME, which is a modification of the original modem that you already had in OPO, hence the name on Android is identical.
Your interrupt problem may have a variety of causes, not necessarily related to software.
Try different modems. See the popularity of downloads on AFH.
If you still have problems, it can be hardware fault.
Ok thanks ! However I did try other versions which should have led to changing the number and it never did change. We'll see.
In case of a hardware problem, is there any bug/crash report I could check to know more about what's happening ?
I didnt use my OPO long time. I did upgrade software with LineageOS 18.1 and I found that phone has issue with switching between 2G/3G/4G. Actually I observe that the 3G is missing, HSPA+. When 4G is lost then no 3G coming, when come 2G then don't back to 4G when 4G network is avalaible again. This is only ma phone/hardware issue or can be fixed with one from these firmwares? I tried few and they didn't fix it.

Basically, I created this thread for those people who want to test all the firmwares present for our device and pick the one they find the most suitable for them. Because, as a user, I had to download all of them from androidfilehost and wait 8s for each download. I know it's not the most difficult task in the world, but still, it would be much easier if all of them were present in one zip. So here it is!
The zip is uploaded to Google Drive
INSTRUCTIONS
- Open/extract the .zip that you just downloaded [Warning: Don't flash the whole zip file]
- You'll see a list of firmwares
- Flash any of the firmware in the recovery (I highly recommend @Kutep0v's TWRP 3.1.0-xx)
- Voila!
OR - You can flash the firmware via Fastboot
- You just unpack the zip to your fastboot folder (you need to put the device in Fastboot mode obviously) and run these commands:

Some basic information/ FAQ
What is a Firmware? What is Modem?
- Firmware is the whole package of proprietary partitions of your device, modem itself is a NON-HLOS file responsible for your device's communications over Wi-Fi, Mobile Networks and other such stuff.
So what is the difference between firmware and ROM then?
- Firmware is the responsible partition for IMEIs, the modemst partitions hold your IMEI, persist holds your Mac addresses etc.
ROM is only a combination of system.img and boot.img (kernel)
What to restore if I loose my IMEI?
- Both the modemst partitions (IMP: considering you took a backup of them before)
What is the default firmware? (default= firmware which comes with the latest CM/ LineageOS 14.1 weeklies)
- c6-00241
Which firmware am I using?
- Recommended firmware by @idprophecy works the best for me (firmware_fixed: firmware_0_1_c1_11_00006_bacon.zip)
What is "firmware_fixed.zip"?
- "firmware_fixed.zip" is just the combination of the latest h2os firmware with the previous one (since the newest doesn't have a few parts). Basically, it's just named that way.
Background
Radios are independent of Android version (just don't flash Oxygen Firmwares on any CM11/ 11S ROM, it'll most probably brick your device. Be cautious), use the radio that provides you the best signal. It varies from user to user, there is no best radio/ modem. Why? Different carriers, different locations, and more. There are so many factors that play into cellular signal so just because a particular radio is the best for someone doesn't mean its the best for you.
Interesting fact, Find7 modem works on our OnePlus One, recovery flashable zip here (Not including it in All-in-one zip since it's not for our device, officially)

Oddly, this one came out for me the best in this test but when I flashed it again, it exposed the same behavior as with the 2015 C7-00013 zip (test #3). Instead of letting it reboot to recovery, I forced the device to shutdown (after waiting about 8 minutes), rebooted normally and it worked without changing anything.
Why did it freeze? Was there something wrong with my sequence order? I picked them out semi-randomly.6I have tested all the firmware. First data number is lte, second is wifi. The lower the better. Lineageos 16, fz kernel, magisk modules: FDE.AI - Ultimate Android Optimizer, universal gsms doze.
