I tried to make one for myself but it didn't work on my AOSP ROM. Can someone on this ROM please use zipME to make a zip of the QuicksetSDK folder located at /system/app and the LGQRemote folder located at /system/priv-app? It would be greatly appreciated.

So does that mean people with the e980 version can kdz the new 5.01 f240 to our e980 and just flash madmacks kernal and be okay? with root do the current 2.8.1.0 twrp recovery work? Thanks im just very curious

Try towelroot. http://towelroot.com I am not sure it works so don't get your hopes up yet. If it works you are welcome.

you can't root if you're on v30c, kdz to 4.4 and flash the lollipop zip rom is the only way to have root on 5.0
