Since I don't find weather theme for our devices, I made some.
This themes is tested on JB (not for KK), on deodexed rom, but I think it will work anyway if you have rooted device.
Here they are:

Just copy apk to /system/app, and set permissions like other files in folder, and restart device.
Don't forget to backup.
