Same here for the P3 and the P3XL. Showed up out of the blue on those two devices, which led me to wonder if it was something in the last couple of days canary Magisk since the other devices are on stable 20.

I guess it had nothing to do with canary, since the two devices that didn't get updated day before yesterday got updated late last night. They are on stable 20. I am wondering and hoping that now the Play Store simply looks to make sure the device is certified in the store since these devices have nothing else in common.

Yeah, I think it was the first time the Netflix app was updated since my device was back to certified status, so that may be it.
