Pixel c shown dead droid when recharge battery

Hi all,
My pixel c has shown dead droid icon on screen + "no command" when plugin type c cable to recharge battery. Os 8.1
I tried to downgraded ít to os nougat 7.1. but this error is continue
This problem is about hardware or software? How can i fix it?
