As an experiment...I just saw an update for Google connectivity services and carrier services pending. Perhaps one or both are causing my issues. Turning off auto update from store for now to see if an update caused problems. These "updates" show the apps were updated month ago anyhow

Hey man, could you check under Settings > Backup & Reset to see if it defaulted to "off"? I know any ROMs I've tried where gapps are flashed separate, it is defaulted to "off" for some reason. Curious if it's working here or not before I try flashing

Hello, first off, thanks for your work! I guess I can dirty flash this over 19/4 release (even tho full wipe is always recommended)? And is SharkeyKernel back in this one? Thanks in advance.

I installed it on PureNexus but it doesnt show a governer named "despair" in kernel adiutor app.
