We’re really excited to announce the release of Paranoid Android Pie betas.

On first launch, you’ll notice a clean setup with a beautiful wallpaper from Hampus Olsson, who teamed up with us again to create several beautiful pieces of artwork. For those who are unfamiliar, Hampus is a multi-disciplinary artist whose design stands for itself and we’re glad to have him onboard. We also added further UI touches that we believe enhances the overall user experience.

The beta builds include adjustments and improvements on top of the stock Android CAF base. The Paranoid Android team and contributors are focusing on squashing existing bugs, and implementing and improving features.

Officially supported devices
  • OnePlus 5/T

This QSSI could theoretically work on other devices that fulfil ALL of the conditions below. Please report if it boots on your device.
  • msm8998-based
  • Treble-ready
  • OEM stock ROM version is Android Pie
  • NOT using A/B partitioning scheme (ie. A-Only)

Device-specific issues
The following device functionality does not work (tested on OnePlus 5):
  • GPS/Location services
  • Phone calls (incoming and outgoing)
  • USB file transfer and MTP
You may keep track of what device functionality works and doesn’t work in this spreadsheet.

Other known bugs:
  • Non-GApp users: Mobile data QS tile cannot be toggled on first boot. To solve this please toggle the “Mobile data” switch in Settings app->Network & Internet->Mobile Network.

Note: Custom kernels are NOT supported!

I'm sorry but am I correct in assuming that this doesn't work on Non Qualcomm device? I have a Kirin Device. It was updated till Oreo and I can flash Pie ROM on that Oreo build. Will this work? Device is Honor 6X BTW
