In my never ending quest to try and get a Raspberry Pi to run the full PC version of Minecraft, I think it came across something that could help and nearly have the program booting up on its own. I'm using a tricked out version of LWJGL that disabled GL 1.3-1.4 support, and a project by Lunixbochs called GLShim, further forked by Ptitseb for use on the Open Pandora. He already has a Proof of Concept running on the Pandora, but when I tried to get it to run on Pi, Java completely craps the bed on me.

Any ideas, since I seem to be stumped on this one?

Forget it! You know that the pi has a 700 MHz ARMv6 CPU that hasn't enough Power to run PC Minecraft.

But it should be able to run on other ARM chips just fine, which means a portable Minecraft build might be entirely possible. Plus, Pandora isn't all that big of a powerhouse either, so it should at least be able to boot.
