Oh Sorry, I got confused for type of backup you have.
I thought, you made a backup from TWRP recovery.
I never used Migrate app, but its almost similar to making a backup from Titanium Backup apk, as I could see from a image I did google.

The Rom had been withdrawn by Dev due to major bugs.
It will be uploaded again by Dev after major bugs are fixed.
There was no incall sound, so Rom was almost unusable.
I deleted download after it didn't work.
You may try other working Roms. For now, I am on lineage. It is daily driver Rom but FP doesn't work.
Many Roms for RM3 Pro have already come up on XDA. May be you didn't check it.Can someone help me how to port this rom for realme 3(not pro) rmx1821. Because it’s saddening me that my phone has no custom rom developers

This Rom was withdrawn long time ago due to major bugs.

For me, everything works and the battery life is far better than ColorOS. The ROM feels very fluid too. You can go ahead.
No one is trying to read the thread and complaining of broken download link.
The Rom was withdrawn by Developer on 28 July 2019 due to reported Major Bugs (see snapshot).
Users, however, stumble upon this thread in the search of Rom but find nothing here. Probably this thread is more of a confusion than to help the xda members.
Moderator Please close this thread temporarily/permanently, unless developer is working on Rom.

Major Bug
FP Not Working
If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.
Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.
