[KERNEL][6.x]Infected Kernel R2[21-07-2016]

Awesome kernel! Reboots every hour.... Please clean source and fix this ASAP please?

Any logs ? Last_kmsg? Dmesg ?

nice.and i want to know about the cpu hotplug.I found that if I openit .and when I dont touch thescreen .theother cpu cores will be shutdown and only leave one little core even it speed on100%.it happens every time when I watching movie and listening to music .only when I touchthe screen.othercores can get online and work for me.I close the screentouch boost.but there is no use for this problem.can you give me some help about this?I want use MSM hotplug but I dont want that I need to put my finger on the screen every minute to keep my smartphone fluent.

no last_k msgs,they aren't being stored.(pstore is enabled in source,need to dig it up).

i have 20-25 random reboots with stock kernel while others don't have any.;_;

edit: switched to ext4,no random reboot now.:v

check under msm hotplug setting, "number of cores to be boosted",turn it to 5-6.

all cores work well,i will post a screenshot later.

its because you are not touching the phone.its the hotplug which offlines cores to save power.if you touch the screen or any background process is running,then you will see cores online.

for now,set "no of boosted cores" to 6,i will disable that from next builds.

this is a good thing please dont remove it. but I think you can turnoff it in next builds and when we need to let our phone stay there for a long time no use .We can turn on it .Ithink this will be good for pwer save

yep,it will be set to 0 by default,you can control it for your choice.

3.10 doesn't have last_k AFAIK they have console-ramoops after every random reboot just go to sys/fs/pstore/console-rampoops that will help the developer to fix these issues

HOW To FLASH

The lastest version TWRP (3.0.2.0) IS RECOMMENDED!(i use thestrix's f2fs twrp)

• Keep the kernel.zip in your ext sd/internal sd.
• Boot to latest TWRP(recommended)
• dirty flash rom(!!IMPORTANT!!)
• Flash the Kernel.zip
• WIPE DALVIK/CACHE (for good measure)
• Reboot!

Bugs:

• some random reboots(bugged in source)

Not working on:

• idk,you tell me :v
