Backing up on Kate works. Restoring however fails. Can.t restore firmware.

Same problem here, I was try to restore the firmware, the progress bar doesnt fill,

@Alan Ryan, @Kuato, restore works if you exclude firmware while restoring.
maybe @dadi11 would include a 'fix' for this issue in future releases of his twrp.

I have already tried excluding the firmware and yes, the restore will complete, but will get stuck at 100% forever. Forcefully rebooting renders the device a soft brick.

That's same for me with my Kate.. I'm on stock latest TWRP
