Pixel launcher can me installed manually my placing the apk file in the root system folder using any file manager like es explorer. It will not affect incremental updates.
Nano gapps then manually install pixel launcher as a system app.
To know exactly where to place the apk file... Google it

OK, so how if we want to flash full rom for next update, what pixel still exists? Or we must push to system again?

Pixel launcher will persist in between incremental updates.. but if u flash full rom u will have to again push it as system app.

I'm using it for the past one month. My opinion is flashing incremental updates is fine but i suggest to flash full rom atleast once a week. It will solve many problems.

I flashed the latest stable version of mokee ROM 6.0.1 build 170101 release.zip . steps I followed
1.download ROM and gapps
2. Wipe data ,cache ,system
3. Flash ROM and gapps (picco)
4. Wipe dalvik/cache
5.reboot

Problems after setting up the ROM.
Baseband unknown
Sim not detecting .
Could anyone help me out with the fix .thanks
