Hello. Thanks for the ROM. As same as you think, privacy guard is always a win here. I'm thinking about flashing it but I needto ask if SMS bug is present. All LOS based roms I have tested have it. Bug is when I try to send a SMS it takes years to send it. Can someone confirm?

I haven't had that issue in any of them? I'm using googles messages app though. Never tried the built in one. Are you sure that isn't something to do with your carrier?
No such issue on any los, but i always use 3rd party sms client. Try using some other sms app.

Last i checked if u are rooted most roms already support it. U just need to follow instructions. If it doesn't work then i have no time these days to do anything major. Just pushing security patches for now

I was using PIE ROMs and recently started using LineageMOD. This was exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight up to date which and minimum bugs which I can use as my daily driver.
I just wanted to thank you for saving my old companion whyred.

Working great here on both a 4/64gb global model and a 3/32gb global model. Thanks for keeping our trusty Note 5 Pros going on Android 9. I completely agree with the previous poster that Android 9 is still a good place to be on this device with security updates. Thanks!

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 8 (oreo), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

What's Different from lineageOS 16? or Why lineageOS 16 MOD? :
Very few minor changes which i usually miss in lineage-OS. So i decided to include those features and make my own lineage-OS build. I am just a noob when it comes to this stuff, so it won;t be turning into a ROM with lots of features. I will add some minor changes and also include some changes which are being reviewed but not yet merged. Sort of like sneak peak or aplha lineage OS 16 build.
