Yes, it does.

There are at least two bugs: property ro.product.model is set to "Redmi Note5", instead of "Redmi Note 6 Pro" (caused by a Magisk module!), and USB tethering does not work.

The error with the property description came with me by the following .zip file (installed over Magisk):
https://forum.xda-developers.com/red...agisk-t3890844

After I reinstalled (clean) the ROM and omitted this file, the description was correct.

status bar icons are too close to the edges, clock and battery percentage are cut out

is there a way to fix that?

edit: found it under rounded corners... thing is, the first two options rarely work

yep, go crdroid addons (setup), interface tab, rounded corners, close default and set from third value. (i use rom in turkish so some names may be mistaken)

I've found a fix for USB tethering! After line 170 of /vendor/bin/init.qcom.usb.sh, I added the following lines (adapted from AEX's init.qcom.usb.sh, lines 187-212):
Code:
# set USB controller's device node
case "$target" in
    "msm8996")
        setprop sys.usb.controller "6a00000.dwc3"
        setprop vendor.usb.rndis.func.name "rndis_bam"
	setprop vendor.usb.rmnet.func.name "rmnet_bam"
	;;
    "msm8998" | "apq8098_latv")
        setprop sys.usb.controller "a800000.dwc3"
        setprop vendor.usb.rndis.func.name "gsi"
	setprop vendor.usb.rmnet.func.name "gsi"
	;;
    "sdm660")
        setprop sys.usb.controller "a800000.dwc3"
        setprop vendor.usb.rndis.func.name "rndis_bam"
	setprop vendor.usb.rmnet.func.name "rmnet_bam"
	echo 15916 > /sys/module/usb_f_qcrndis/parameters/rndis_dl_max_xfer_size
        ;;
    "sdm845")
        setprop sys.usb.controller "a600000.dwc3"
        setprop vendor.usb.rndis.func.name "gsi"
        setprop vendor.usb.rmnet.func.name "gsi"
        ;;
    *)
	;;
esac

This commit probably broke USB tethering.

Another bug: the in-call volume is quite low. There is a workaround, though, which consists in plugging then unplugging headphones while in call. This fixes the in-call volume until the next reboot.
