After updating, I got an issue where my Redmi Note 6 Pro would randomly freeze for around 10 seconds before rebooting. I decided to go into TWRP and wipe Dalvik Cache + Cache. That resulted in a bootloop. I then did a dirty flash of the latest version of the PE ROM. This seemed to fix it but the issue happened again, only this time I rebooted but my phone was completely broken. I can't extend the notification shade, use the home button or the recents button and mobile data simply won't turn on (and lack thereof). I wiped everything on my phone and flashed the latest version of the ROM, firmware and everything. It worked for a few days until my phone froze and rebooted once again. Mobile data is broken.

Diggging into network usage, I found Markup using 1.64 GB of Wi-Fi data and the Now Playing Service 1.24 GB, during the same time that Google Play Store only used 1.54 GB for updates.

I'm not entirely sure what these services are - drawing/finger entry and listening to what is around (i.e. spying)? - but I have not requested their use as far as I know, and it occurs to me that such use of data may well use power as well as occupy and wear out storage. Perhaps worth looking into?

I have disabled Markup, but I can only force stop Now Playing, even though it should really be optional.
