Any idea?

Install global rom from Xiaomi and you won't have any problems.

Hey, I just tried to install TWRP on my Chinese RN7. After typing "fastboot flash recovery "twrp".img and fastboot boot "twrp".img my phone just rebooted and showed me MIUI 10 Welcome screen. After second time i did it, phone asked for password. I installed TWRP successfully, but it ask for password too. I cannot wipe data because i replaced recovery with TWRP. Can anyone help? :/
@edit
made it by erasing all data with fastboot commands. Now fighting with TWRP and bootloop :/
I am trying to flash TWRP with fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
But after this I type fastboot boot twrp.img and rn7 show me bootloop. I have no OS after erasing it with fastboot command

Hello
I finally wait for the 360H to unlock the bootloader it worked perfectly.

Code:
PS D: \ fastboot> ./fastboot oem device-info
...
(bootloader) Verity mode: true
(bootloader) Device unlocked: true
(bootloader) Device critical unlocked: true
(bootloader) Charger screen enabled: false
OKAY [0.005s]
finished. total time: 0.005s
So I went to flash recovery with fastboot it works well until reboot or it asks me for a password, so I rebooted on the recovery to make a data erase but this one is this one seems to be the one from Xiaomi and not TWRP.
I did the manipulation several times:

. \ fastboot.exe flash recovery twrp.img and to keep the reboot recovery I launched the command. \ fastboot.exe boot twrp.img as shown but it always asks me for a password and I go back to the starting point .

The recovery does not seem to be in place while everything seems ok

Code:
fastboot>. \ fastboot.exe flash recovery twrp.img
target reported download size of 536870912 bytes
sending 'recovery' (65536 KB) ...
OKAY [1.392s]
writing 'recovery' ...
OKAY [0.527s]
finished. total time: 1.923s
fastboot>. \ fastboot.exe boot twrp.img
downloading 'boot.img' ...
OKAY [1.409s]
booting ...
OKAY [0.134s]
finished. total time: 1.546s

e. Enter the terminal command in command line: >>fastboot flash recovery twrp.img<<. Attention: Do not restart your device otherwise Xiaomi's original recovery might overwrite the custom recovery twrp!
f. Boot your device into recovery (3 possible methods)
+ by entering terminal command in command line: >>fastboot boot twrp.img<<, or
+ by holding together "Volume Up + Power" until you see the MI logo, release "Power" button but keep pressing "Volume Up" until you see the recovery, or
+ by holding together "Volume Up + Volume Down + Power" until you see recovery

You have to execute the next point (D or E), if you can keep twrp!

If you only want to root your smartphone, then please continue to point D
If you want to install a custom rom, then please continue to point E

mm~If I use command "fastboot boot recovery.img", device will entry system, so when I flash TWRP finish I try to use Vol+ and Power key to entry recovery mode, Now it can work normally, thanks for your kindly help!

Let me guess, you're a lucky owner of AMD Ryzen CPU. I had the same issue as you do. The only solution to your problem is Intel CPU. Anyway, instead of Chinese you will most probably see another message in English at 99% telling you that you have to wait for few days till one month before you can finish unlocking process. In my case I still have to wait 10 more days to be able to unlock bootloader. And remember, you have to use your phone until the end of waiting time, otherwise they could add some extra days at the end of initial countdown's end.
