Don't think so, not yet. There is a WW global raw rom available on VN telegram thread, but no conversion to WW fingerprint that I've seen. (unless rog 3 doesn't need fingerprint change like rog 2)

Can't post link cos they are not allowed on xda

    But in device info hw, under system, does it show that the fingerprint is WW?
    If it matches, you may have to update the latest A9 before you can update to latest A10

    Be sure to download the full rom zip, not just the incremental updates.

    1.Press the volume up and power button while the phone is off to enter the fastboot mode.


    2.Pull out the black soft plug on the left side of the phone,

    and plug the data cable into the black interface on the left to connect to

    the computer (note: there are two sockets, do not insert the red interface)


    3.Double click to open "0.Reboot to EDL Mode.bat"


    4.Double-click to open "1.ReadPersist.bat", then a "persist.img" will appear in the folder.


    5.Open Persist.img with UltraEdit, press Ctrl+F, come out a search box, enter the capital CN,

    click search, change CN to uppercase WW, Then press Ctrl+S to save


    6.Press the volume up and power button while the phone is off to enter the fastboot mode.


    7.Double click to open "0.Reboot to EDL Mode.bat"


    8.Double-click to open "2.WritePersist.bat",


    9.Change the phone's persist to WW, then enter fastboot mode,

    then double-click to open "3.Flash Global Firmware.bat"


    Wait until the phone is turned on, now your ASUS ROG2 game phone has become

    an Global version, and can support upgrades, Google play supports Netflix,

    SafetyNet Passed. If there is a system update, you can download the upgrade package

    to the root directory of the phone, and then restart the phone, you can

    enjoy the system upgrade service, will not know your data, enjoy it!
