Vibrator intensity scaling is now working.

1. Fingerprint deletion bug is now fixed by preventing users to enroll more fingerprints than what HW allow.
2. Some network-related problems are now fixed.
3. Battery life should be improved now.
4. HW encoders and decoders are enabled again.
5. Size of package is reduced. (from approx. 570M to 460M)
6. Wi-FI hotspot is fixed.

Tried it out. Awesome rom so far! Couldn't get gapps working however, I flashed ARM 64 Opengapps stock. Every single gapps app installed fine apart from the play store, said google play services is not supported by the device. What's the best gapps to flash? Other than that awesome work here! Very impressed.
