Note - if it not work please fallow these steps
1- replace original SamsungInCallUI.apk and give right permission & reboot phone. And make call.
2- again replace modded SamsungInCallUI.apk
with original incall ui give right permission &reboot phone. Enjoy

Yes i am using v10.3 on s7edge.

There should be a way to keep the original stock colors, fonts
and patterns when using the half-screen caller id photo mod.

The top half of screen should be for a portrait photo and
the bottom half of the screen should look completely stock
original Nougat 7 colors, fonts and patterns making this
1/2 scren photo id mod look exactly the same as stock
except for the 1/2 screen photo id picture.
