I got out my old Cativate out and was charging it, booted up and was working really slow. Left the house, and when I came back it was stuck in CWM. problem is when looking at it earlier there were some photos I hadn't seen in a while and wanted to keep. I believe it was on cm11. But now I can't get it to boot tried different stock odin files and recoveries that I could scrap up from here (a lot of the links are dead). I cannot get sdcard to mount in cwm.

Am currently on I897UCKI2 stock with CWM Injected Kernel from Boog
seems I have adb through cwm adb device I897dd422fe7
have not done any wiping that I know of.

Is it possible for root to block mounting the internal /sdcard

Is there anything I can do to get these files out of the phone?

Was going to try this method https://howtorecover.me/data-recover...id-phone-guide but can't get past SU permission denied in adb. I currently am using the speedmod kernal. I don't see /system/bin/su, is that a problem.

update: looks like I have gotten past su and have the list_of_partitions.txt, but stuck on sh: ftpput: not found for
ftpput -v -u qwer -p qwer -P 40 192.168.1.134 mmcblk1p1.raw /cache/myfifo
