    Post [ROM][OFFICIAL][POTTER] - Havoc-OS 3.5 | Android 10

Anyone have any luck with VoLTE on Verizon? I just tried 3.9 build from Sep 28 and no luck. Stock Oreo it works fine. If not what's the last version of Havoc (or other ROM) with VoLTE working on Verizon. I've spent the last year on another Pie ROM w/o VoLTE and 1xRTT keeps getting worse at my...

So where do we find the latest? I tried https://arrowos.net/download.php but the 10.0 builds don't show as available. I have the Oct Aug 31 build with Gapps from sourceforge, but can't find any newer. Also, where can I find older builds? Trying to figure out why I can't get VoLTE working with...

Ok, tried just erasing modemst1 and 2. No go. Restored persist/EFS backup and radio works including VoLTE. Tried a few 3rd part ROMs and non give VoLTE. Back to stock (made sure it erased EFS) and had to flash persist again. Weird that that I had to flash persist again. Need to go back through...

In an effort to get VoLTE working (IMS registration wasn't working) I used this to go back to stock Oreo from AEX Pie. I get no signal. Phone info page shows radio off. If I turn on, exit, and go back it's off again. System I fo shows my IMEI amd phone number correctly, just no signal. Not...

Well there are AOSP/LOS builds that are newer (at least N based), but those haven't been really active either. And I think some stuff, like SPen, needs proprietary stuff that isn't available for newer versions. Similar problems abound with older devices. Proprietary stuff that isn't updated...

A lot changes in 4 years. Particularly the good devs move in to newer devices and no one is left to carry on. And this is based in the Samsung's stock ROM so at mercy of Samsung for new android versions.

You conflating fast charging and Qualcom Quick Charge. Fast charging is just higher current at 5V. Qualcom QC uses higher voltages. Fast charging can describe anything over 1A, vs the 500mA USB spec, and generally maxes at 2.1A.

Post [ROM][10]Android Open Source Illusion Project[Potter][Alpha][06-05]

The ROM developer could ignore the setting or use a different apns_conf file. But since all the 10 ROM are based on the PE work devs may not have tweaked it. I think it's mostly Verizon MVNOs so not high profile to devs. Or I could be completely wrong about the cause.

My understanding is that's set by the SIM card. Google started enforcing it with Oreo. I think the APN database can be edited to override that. Thee are other workarounds if you search online.

So I'm not sure. I use the tools a few years ago and it worked. Looking back at the first posts there's a download for make_ext4fs in with the python scripts. I'm sure that's what is supposed to be executed.

That's just an edit to mixer_paths and should be doable on a live system (with root). Changing 3 values. for dmic3, dmic1, and speaker-mic change DEC7 Volume from 84 to 111. Reboot after editing.

Post [Nougat][Stock][Rom] TWRP Flashable Stock Builds

Not a clue. My point was it's not inherent to N. So something Motorola did with the potter build? Was sort of hoping NZ would offer a bit more. I never tried it on the potter stock ROM. But it would seen odd for Motorola to make them very different.

the command make_ext4fs is not found in the current directory, /home/wahyu6070/Downloads/tmp/bins/tool/img Or the executable bit isn't set. Not surprising as I'd expect it to be in /bin or /sbin.

His ~16% of 24GB is right around 4GB so I suspect he's got a FAT32 formatted device. Just mentioned exFAT as it's common on removable media. Personally I'd prefer ext3/4 or even a Linux flash specific filesystem like F2FS.

What filesystem on the USB stick? You need exFAT or something else that supports files larger than 4GB (the FAT32 limit).
