Anarkia, you should add a sysfs entry to turn off cpu1 with screen off regardless of the governor (in the same spot where the screen off max freq is). Here is an example, but you probably want to make it toggle-able via sysfs so you can enable and disable it in trickstermod...

As far as I can remember, because of the directory change in 4.2, it uses a different sdcard (one directory below 4.1's) so you can't see 4.1 sdcard files in the 4.2 recovery because it is one directory above.

This belongs in Q&A, this has nothing to do with development. OT: All of the audio mods are essentially just equalizer presets, so just use a media player with an eq or DSP manager on roms that include it.

Not really stricter. It sacrifices code size and stability for performance increases. Overall, it doesn't really perform any better than O2 and causes issues. It is actually more "laid back" in terms of following standards and such. But bigger numbers sound better... Or we can all be like good...

I also believe that this is the case... I've even seen a ROM on another phone "compiled with O4", which just uses O3 (anything >3 just sets the optimization level to 3)...

As pretty much everyone here is aware, there seems to be an obsession with using O3 for compiling binaries for this device. This obsession is probably due to the fact that O3 is the "most optimized" flag in GCC. The issue here is that all of these optimizations do not come without drawbacks...
