Man, its only with Android 5.1 ROMs. With 4.3, 4.4.2, 4.4.4 all is okay!

Well, I tetsed CM Camera fix - its not work( Sometimes I seen Camera Connection Error and must reboot my phone to use camera. I guess main fault - CM fix dont ask for root permission. Superuser for application and ADB is activated in Developer options.

I cleared all data in Camera (standart-default), Cyanogenmod Camera and Restartcamera, run CM camera fix - was asked about geotagging, and no any root permissions from SuperSU, Try to start CM fix Camera for 20 times - Camera is working fine, ll test it tomorrow on my work. Thx u!

It wasnt activated. I activated superuser in development options, delete my fix and restart camera, reboot, install again. Try to start Cyanogenmod Camera and got Cant connect to camera for the first time, start it again and camera work but no asking any root permissions. Idk how it ll go.

ah, this one, I tried - non efect, fix doesnt ask for superuser permissions, idk why. Maybe something wrong in it?
