You will loose theme (a portion of it) if you flash JazzK battery mod on top of ICS theme. Best way to get JazzK mod is use framework-res.apk from ICS theme and cook the mod using UOT kitchen. No, it doesn't matter. Theme zip should take care of what to replace.

What files did you copy? Graphics drivers are located in /system/lib/egl directory. Also, did you swap the files in zip file OR already running android on your Touchpad? If you did that on your touchpad, you will need to change the permissions there otherwise it won't boot.
