@surdu_petru did you try all four of the firehose_loader.mbn files that were in the bah-l09 board software ? there is regular and lite, both validated and not-validated in there. Also the AL00 is Snapdragon 435 and the L09 is Snapdragon 430. If getprop gave you L09 that is what you should use...

I haven't flashed qualcomm in a while but the error may be from wrong software if using CPN on a BAH. Anyway, I can get BAH-L09 and Iwill have to dig around and find another tool for flashing Huawei/Qualcomm. I hve it but can't remember the name of it right now. It's a lot simpler than QFIL.

There are quite a few that check for play store and won't show in a custom rom. Use Aurora store for those that don't show in playstore. Same apps from same servers.

I believe one of the earlier builds did have an issue. I missed that one since I started building my own I haven't used anybody else's for a while. Try a different build date.

Operating system and recovery environment are seperate deals, you should be able to boot to recovery. hold all three buttons until screen goes black then let go of vol- to boot recovery or keep holding all three to go back to download mode.

I'm not sure what you have going on but you must have twrp if you're flashing rom and gapps. I would consider going to recovery and wiping what you've installed and format data, not the same as wiping but format where you have to type in yes for it to proceed. After that reboot to recovery to...
