Many customization options are absent in this ROM. But this rom is really stable with good performance, you should try it and see if this is a "better ROM".

I think it is up to Slim ROM team for that. Since Bharat_goku has already fixed dual sim on CM12 and many ROM is slowly providing Dual Sim support on their ROM. Unconverted XT1033?
