Post Bricked ANE-LX2 - can someone help to recover

You must still have access to fastboot, if you got your phone yesterday then I'm assuming you haven't unlock it yet, so have you tried the DLOAD method from sdcard? Usually that fixes the issue since it rewrites the system completly. If you don't have a link, here's a guide for you from dear...

I don't understand what you meant but if you are saying what i'm thinking then yes, you can change region code (rebrand the phone) and then you can receive more updates if that's what you want. But you'll need to pay for that software which is HCU Client from DC Unlocker Software right now. But...

We don't know exactly but you need to base it on your other updates, when was your last update? I can't even find anything for that region code on any firmware website, are you sure it's C106? Cheers, AS

Okay, so your latest update was released in December of 2018 and it's ANE-LX3 8.0.0.146(C212) version. That's a really slow model, could be months till you get the update, is your phone locked to a local carrier? Cause if so then it will be quite slow :( Cheers, AS

Rude :P It's a long time issue though since 2016 to 2017 users complained. Maybe it's on certain phones where the proximity sensor isn't calibrated enough or something. Thank you for the patience ;) AS

Ok, so I analysed the file but there's no assigned model on this version which means, you can only update via TWRP recovery with an unlocked bootloader and therefore is not signed. Cheers, AS

I'm gonna analyse the file for you, but this is not signed yet so no you can't update if you have a locked bootloader.

That is an unfinished version for a model, it misses something in the firmware itself probably, don't recommend installation and also you can only install them via TWRP. Cheers, AS

That's weird...I usually don't game on mine but still that's quite weird, I suggest for you to do a battery reset. You can do that by lettting the battery die to 0% (keep powering it on even if has 2%) and then charge it from 0% to 100%. If that doesn't help, then check it on a Service Center...

No, not from Firmware Finder, those files are only meant for installing via TWRP with an unlocked bootloader. To install via dload you need a signed package from Huawei which you can download them free from AndroidHost.ru, I'll give you the link to correct one: https://androidhost.ru/2AVi...

Don't just copy the update.app extracted from update_sd.zip . Copy the entire folder of "dload" including it's contents (update_sd.zip, ANE-L01_hw_eu, ANE-L21_hw_eu). That way it will work.

Post Android Pie update status Huawei P20 Lite (Launched globally)

What's your model and build number? Example: ANE-LX1 (model) C432 (build number) If it gives an error, either it's how you copied the information, sd card is in a bad format or the firmware is not for your device (suspecting this one).
  47. ars_chelsea

Post Android Pie update status Huawei P20 Lite (Launched globally)

No, because firmware from Firmware Finder is not signed and therefore can't be used for the dload method ;)
