Ok, you ****ed up your EFS partition and scrapped your imei, possibly with wrong settings when you used Qfil Search for this issue. You will need to find a sain QCN file, modify it with your imei and flash back to your phone. No need to unlock BL, it is done through Qpst. A bit tricky but...

I think 11.0.575 is not fake global rom but an old CN rom. If it is stock unaltered it should receive various OTA up to 11.1.105

Yeah XDA is not active as it use to be. But to your question, lenovo has done a decent job with CN rom based on Android Q. And there should be custom roms fairly soon. Not sure your question belongs to a thread about TWRP though...

Good to hear! If you have sound / connexion issues in 11.5 it could be because you flashed it over 11.1 (hopefully CN). Fix for that is to flash small partitions manually with TWRP. alexeei should soon write a walk-through about fastboot flash. But meanwhile feel free to go to Telegram and...

Not impossible, but the file is still not available. BTW latest version is 11.5.229. Forget 222. We hope a Qfil file will be made available when they close beta tests and officially release 11.5.x To me it is good enough for daily use, but Lenovo seem to take time to stamp it as stable.

There are many stock rom files available for TWRP/Fastboot, but it requires unlocked BL. There are also some early custom roms who also require unlocking BL. On locked phone, only option is official OTA or Qfil. But how do root with a locked BL??? I thought TWRP was required for Magisk
