If you want both ECG and BP to work, then you need to install BP.tpk first then ECG.tpk. For some odd reason it doesn't work the other way around. That's how I was able to get both to work.

Try to call ATT and make sure they provision your SIM card with 4G LTE service. (you might need an IMEI that is compatible with ATT LTE for them to activate that option)

Version 4.0 has been working great for me on Verizon M8 even though they temporarily pulled support for it. Bought the gold key to support development of the ROM. Hope I can see this great ROM on the M9 next month.

The firmware only has these files. adsp.img android-info.txt rpm.img sensor_hub.img wcnss.img So no, it doesn't have the Verizon radio firmware.

Design wise, I wished HTC should have used the capacitive buttons at the bottom black stripe. The Back button, the logo should be the Home button, and Recent button (just like how they have them with the DNA) Maybe the M9 will be like that.
