The compass works,but not as good as in stock rom. Take the app GPS status, there you'll see the progress of the calibration. With slow movements in each axis it's always possible to calibrate it... sometimes more movements than mentioned

- I'd say yes - it really performs well on this ,,little'' device - not like the lagging N ROMs with SELinux deactivated...

Did you ever compare it to stock rom? i did - in stock + slimkat 4.4.4 it took 3 -5 sec when the 1st line of gps.conf (contained in etc) is edited to europe.pool.ntp.org :silly: screenshot from inside the house... For me the N ROMs are no option anymore with the GT-i8190 - both, Lineage 14.1 +...

jepp, you're right... but the permissions were/are given,i also tried to reinstall the app and rebooted meanwhile. Maybe there are some rows because i restored the user apps of my daily driver S5mini with TitaniumBackup. my Tab2 is on Slim 6, my S5mini Lineage 14.1 . I also edited the gps.conf...

There are still a lot of errors in the logcat and the GPS/GLONASS isn't working... would be nice if you can get the satellites of GPS/GLONASS running as mentioned under working features :fingers-crossed: It doesn't see any satellites... The ROM also lags a lot...

from my experience it didn't matter a lot which baseband was installed, no big change if i flashed a newer one. But bad reception, the always searching for a better radio mast is really sucking your battery a lot. It really went better when i changed the provider to a better network coverage...

i think it's because of the newer for oreo TWRPs. had the same error with 3.2.0-0 - so i flashed back the 3.1.1-1 and it worked...
