What? To be on romaning is illegal? In israel there is some "virtual operators" that use practical operators antennas because they do not have enough antennas of themselves. For that reason i need to be in romaning most of the time, and i just want to know that in real time. That is the case.

What does it matter to you why I need it? In israel the situation is diffrent, and in most of the time I need to be on romanig, and i want to know that. That's all.
