Umbrella_core governor with the Starkissed kernel has been great for me, I haven't seen a hitch or dropped UI frame yet, with the hotplugging turned on it seems to be great for battery life as well... while your not busy it'll settle down to one core at 268mhz and put the other 3 to sleep. But...

The good thing about this will be the new customization with all the KK ROM's we do have available once the developers get the KK source from the official release right?, most of them are pretty stock without as many options as my PACman 4.3.1 JB ROM has right now.
